Today we had a meeting at Cup From Above with some of the wonderful community leaders we have in this great Suburb. We discussed the very serious challenges facing our town and possible solutions to make it an even greater place to live.
Present at the meeting were State Minister for Communities, Child Safety & Disability Services Tracy Davis MP, Russell Mounfield from Crime Prevention at the QPS, Jan Thompson from Hope Community Centre based in the Aspley Caravan Park, Colleen Kelly Community Development Coordinator from Brisbane City Council, Luke Howarth Federal MP, Kath Kilner and Paul Xavier from Aspley Care & Chesleigh Hargreaves from Aspley Special School.
